Shipping

Orders ship from our Mitchell, South Dakota facility by UPS or USPS Ground unless another shipping method is requested and confirmed in advance.

Made-to-order products

Many Topshop Bagger Products parts are made by hand. The production time shown on a product page is the estimated time before the order is ready to ship. Carrier delivery time begins after production is complete.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are added to the order total. If a different shipping method is needed, contact us before placing the order.

Delivery and damage

Orders are shipped FOB our warehouse. Ownership and responsibility for loss or damage transfer to the customer when the carrier accepts the shipment. Inspect every package when it arrives. Note visible damage or opened boxes on the delivery receipt and contact the carrier immediately. Also report shortages or damage to Topshop Bagger Products within 24 hours.
