Refund policy

Returns, Cancellations and Fitment

We want you to receive the correct parts and understand the requirements before ordering. Please read the product description and confirm fitment before purchase. If you are unsure, call (877) 996-8508 or email sales@topshopcarbon.com.

Return window

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
  • Every return must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Use the Returns link on our website or contact our sales team to request one.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Proof of purchase, including a valid sales order or invoice number, is required.
  • Products purchased from a dealer or another website must be returned through that seller.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Painted, altered or installed parts
  • Custom-made products
  • Clearance items

Always test-fit every part on the motorcycle before sanding, painting, altering or installing it.

Fees and shipping

  • Orders canceled or refused at the time of shipment are subject to a 30% restocking and shipping fee.
  • Approved returns, cancellations and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Orders properly shipped but refused or returned as undeliverable can be reshipped after the customer pays the additional shipping charge.

Damage, shortages and shipping errors

Inspect all boxes and parts as soon as they arrive. Note visible damage or opened boxes on the carrier’s delivery receipt and contact the carrier immediately. Report shortages or damage to Topshop Bagger Products within 24 hours of delivery. Report shipping errors within 72 hours.

Fitment and installation

Fitment information is provided to the best of our knowledge, but motorcycles and aftermarket setups vary. We do not guarantee perfect fitment. Professional installation is recommended, and the customer is responsible for installation costs, final fitment and compliance with local and state laws. Topshop Bagger Products is not responsible for improper installation or resulting injury or property damage.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars, are FOB Mitchell, South Dakota, and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, license fees and transportation charges are not included unless shown at checkout. Online orders may be paid using the payment methods offered at checkout. A $25 fee applies to returned payments. Customers are responsible for reasonable collection costs when legal action is required to collect an overdue account.

Product and liability notice

Motorcycle riding can cause serious injury or death. Operate the motorcycle only after the parts have been properly installed and inspected. Topshop Bagger Products may improve or revise products, materials and specifications without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Topshop Bagger Products is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, property damage or personal injury related to improper installation or use.
